Fee Structure

Management Fee

A fixed annual fee charged as a percentage of your portfolio value, calculated daily and debited monthly. This covers the cost of AI operations, infrastructure, market data feeds, and ongoing portfolio management.

Performance Fee

Charged only on net new profits above a high-water mark. This means you never pay performance fees on gains that merely recover previous losses. Performance fees are calculated and debited quarterly.

High-Water Mark Explained

The high-water mark ensures you only pay performance fees on genuine new profits. If your portfolio declines and then recovers, no performance fee is charged until your portfolio exceeds its previous peak value. This aligns our incentives with yours: we earn more only when you earn more.
