These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Good Invest platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Good Invest Limited (“Good Invest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By registering for an account or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where our Services are legally available. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that you are not a resident of a jurisdiction where AI-powered investment services are prohibited or restricted.
To use our Services, you must create an account and complete our identity verification (KYC) process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Good Invest provides AI-powered automated investment management services. By activating an investment plan, you authorize our AI system to execute trades on your behalf within the parameters of your selected strategy. You acknowledge that all investments carry risk and that past performance does not guarantee future results.
Fees are charged in accordance with your selected investment plan as described on our Investment Plans page. Management fees are calculated daily and debited monthly. Performance fees are calculated and debited quarterly, subject to the high-water mark. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days’ prior written notice.
Deposits may be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cryptocurrency. Withdrawals may be requested at any time without penalty. Processing times vary by method: 1–3 business days for bank transfers, within hours for cryptocurrency. We reserve the right to delay or reject transactions that trigger compliance review.

All content, technology, algorithms, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our Services are owned by Good Invest or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on our technology without our express written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Good Invest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our Services or any investment losses.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law or regulation, or if we reasonably believe your account is being used for prohibited activities. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any funds in your account will be returned to you after deduction of applicable fees.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
